Belle Arti : Gallery Cotton Fine Stretched Canvas
Bella Arti canvases are made to the highest professional grade standard and are available universally primed, oil primed or acrylic clear primed. All linen canvases have a canvas depth of 18-21mm.
Canvases that are 50 x 50 cm or larger are available 43mm deep or 19-21mm deep.

I purchased this fine canvas to try as an alternative to painting on board. The surface is much smoother than a 'regular'/medium canvas but still has enough texture to hold the paint. I feel I can explore painting thinly and with more impasto marks without worrying about the appearance of the surface texture. Only giving 4 stars as a few canvases have come a bit loose (fixable with wedges) and one frame a bit warped. (Posted on 09/05/2023)Rating
