Art Boards

We now stock a selection of Art Boards by Crescent in professional and student grades for a variety of media: canvas, watercolour, graffiti marker surface and marker surface as well as foam board with either black core or white clay coating, presentation mountboards, and graffiti paper.

Crescent also have created packs of precut paper and board for making artists trading cards.
Artists trading cards (ATCs) are miniature artworks of a specific size- 2.5×3.5 inches (63×89 mm)- that started as hand-painted business cards for artists. The cards became collectible, a movement similar to the Mail Art Movement began and now the cards are usually traded or exchanged. When sold, they are usually referred to as art card editions and originals (ACEOs).
Off-shoot versions have emerged including chunky books and inchies that are both 4×4 inches. ATCs allow artists to sell original work at affordable prices because of the miniature size. Crescent also make protective film sheets, sleeves and precut mounts for the cards.
