The Naturale 24 Watercolour Set from A. Gallo is a unique colour palette featuring exquisite earth, mineral, and plant based pigments from the Mediterranean basin to the forests of Sumatra. Some highlights of the collection are the Copper Blue (PW4, PG7, PB15:3, PY3), a delicate green blue hue, the new Green Gold (PY150, PY184, PG36), inspired by historical sap green made from ripe buckthorn berries, a vibrant Italian Raw Sienna from Badia (PY43), and genuine Lapis Lazuli, extra fine. Jarosite (PY43) from Cyprus, is a limonite famous for its unique hue, and the new Rose Madder (NR9) genuine is a transparent red pigment made from the root of the Rubia tinctorum plant.

The Naturale 24 Set of 24 handmade watercolours in a metal tin includes two mixing surfaces and a colour chart printed on Arches watercolour paper. Each half pan is wrapped in watercolour paper with a hand-painted sample brushed over it. The set includes a Tintoretto size 0 traditional mop brush and is beautifully packaged with original marbled paper by the Florentine artisan workshop Giulio Giannini e Figlio. The set comes in a gift box.

Made by hand in Assisi, A. Gallo watercolours are crafted according to a traditional recipe of raw pigment, gum arabic, local honey, rosemary essential oil, and a wetting agent. This artisanal process creates a very pigmented and luminous paint that activates beautifully when wet.
