These beautiful artists' watercolour brushes are hand-made in France by Raphael using Kolinsky sable. They have been designed to Billy's specifications, with a unique long, tapered, extra-fine round point for detail watercolour work. The bristles are made from the finest Kolinsky sable hair and have an elegant and ergonomic wooden handle.

The set includes two of Billy's round Kolinsky Sable brushes (sizes 2 and 6), plus a synthetic eradicator (used to lift unwanted colour).

Billy Showell is a well-known botanical painter, tutor and member of the Society of Botanical Artists. Her work makes use of unusual and stylish compositions which distinguish her from the traditional 'mainstream' of botanical art.
