- Kundenmeinung von Feefo
Gave this brush a 4 but when it arrived the head was splayed and considered sending it back. Buti plucked the hairs that were twisted and tried it out and it performed very well, i will try other sizes in the future..Rating
Stiffness and snap perfect for miniature painting(busts)
If the hairs were perfect would get a 5 from me.. (Veröffentlicht am 06.02.2019)- Kundenmeinung von Feefo
Happy with this brush. Both brushes well packed and arrived without any damage. (Veröffentlicht am 29.11.2018)Rating - Kundenmeinung von Feefo
Isabey pure kolinsky sable brushes are always WONDERFUL no matter what size. (Veröffentlicht am 16.03.2017)Rating - Kundenmeinung von Feefo
You can't beat this brush. (Veröffentlicht am 16.03.2017)Rating - Kundenmeinung von Feefo
Wonderful detail brush. (Veröffentlicht am 16.03.2017)Rating - Kundenmeinung von Feefo
I haven't used it fully yet but from the feel of it I am looking forward to trying it out on my next painting. (Veröffentlicht am 16.03.2017)Rating - Kundenmeinung von Feefo
I love this brush. It's not as snappy as my Escoda, but it just feels terrific when painting. This has become my workhorse. (Veröffentlicht am 16.03.2017)Rating - Kundenmeinung von Feefo
Great product. Keeps its point. (Veröffentlicht am 16.03.2017)Rating - Kundenmeinung von sharon taylor
I don't know whether to blame Jackson's or Isabey for this but I have to say, upon delivery, I was disappointed with these brushes. Firstly I bought three brushes, sizes 0, 2/0 and 3/0. The first problem I had was the incredibly sticky and hard to remove bar code label. After finally prizing the label off I was left with a very sticky residue. I tried various gentler ways of removing the glue but ended up having to resort to white spirits... nothing else would shift it.Secondly, out of the three brushes, two had had their protective sleeve put on so that a couple of hairs were trapped and sticking out, the third had the sleeve pushed on so hard I had to grip the end with some pliers to get it off!! Usually, though not always, brushes are starched to protect them from the above, these weren't. Luckily, with a little care the brushes are now shaped as they should be but I will be thinking hard about buying brushes from Jackson's/Isabey again.I can't yet comment on how they hold paint etc but I doubt I'll be buying these brushes again, although not expensive, they aren't that cheap either. I expected better. (Veröffentlicht am 20.08.2015)Rating - Kundenmeinung von sharon taylor

This is simply the best brush I've ever used. It is firm, with good body and retains fluid well. The point on it means that you really don't need any smaller brushes at all. Highly recommended. (Veröffentlicht am 20.08.2015)Rating - Kundenmeinung von Khechog Kelsang
Of the top end sable brushes I have tried:WN series 7 - would be amazing but brush tip splits on all rounds at end of stroke, not every time, but often. This is a known issue W&N put down to badly cleaned brushes. Happened to all of mine from new.Rosemary & co (red sable and kolknsky designer round) - very good but a bit soft for my taste and the lack of spring means it's hard to consistently get a sharp point at the end of a strokeDa-vinci series 11 maestro - firmer than the R&C but again, hard to get a consistent sharp point at the end of a strokeThe Isabey is the only one that satisfies. This brush is shaped for a very full belly that springs nicely back into shape as you finish your stroke so you can consistently find that sharp point, if that's what you're after. If line is important to you then this brush will give you the dependability you need. If you paint only with the side of the brush it is also unbeaten, so you get versatiliy too. the product is just as I suspected... perfect (Veröffentlicht am 13.05.2015)Rating - Kundenmeinung von Feefo
Just the right brush for me (Veröffentlicht am 07.02.2015)Rating - Kundenmeinung von Feefo
It's a very interesting brush, smaller than W&N Series 7 #10, May be more like size 8.Rating
The hair are also different, definitely less snappy (softer hair), but holds the point much nicer and absorbs water very well. I think this brush is perfect if you prefer 'flowing' watercolour technique rather than clearly defined brush strokes. (Veröffentlicht am 31.12.2014)- Kundenmeinung von Feefo
