These fill the empty Schmincke palettes very well but they are no good for use in other empty palettes such as the Barry Herniman Cloverleaf palette or a Roberson palette. I just wish you could by empty pans exactly the same dimensions as the Winsor and Newton pans which DO fit other empty palettes.
