Clairefontaine Oil Painting Paper Blocks contain 15 sheets of 240gsm linen textured paper, for painting with oil. These oil painting paper blocks are acid free and are available 3 sizes. The blocks are glued on four edges and can be removed easily by gently sliding a butter knife round the edge. The linen texture makes these blocks a fantastic alternative to canvas giving you a similar bonding surface, without the inconvenience of stretching canvas or using heavy canvas boards
