This is a set of 12 Blackwing Colour Pencils designed specifically for colouring. Each pencil is made with genuine incense-cedar and includes a unique soft and smooth Japanese wax colour core. The pencils also feature the same semi-hexagonal barrel found in the Blackwing graphite pencils and a metal end cap that adds a bit of weight, giving the pencils a comfortable, balanced feel.
