John uses just two brushes and very small palette of colours - seldom using more than five in a single painting. Filmed on the glorious Suffolk coast in the seaside town of Aldeburgh John paints on the beach, in the quaint town and travels to nearby Snape Maltings - home of the famous Aldeburgh Music Festival founded by Benjamin Britten - to paint a river scene.
