This is an exciting range of 71 pure, vibrant, watersoluble ink pencils and an outliner pencil used for pen and wash techniques.
Perfect for illustrators, designers and students as well as for pen and wash style drawings and floral artwork.
Pure, vibrant colour washes out to leave a translucent ink-like effect.
Once dry, the colour wash is permanent and can be washed over with other media, wet or dry.

lovely set of pencils in gorgeous colours

I love these pencils. The colour after washing with water really is intense. They are good to use over watercolour washes (after the wash has dried), with non-soluble colour pencils or on their own. I particularly like them for location sketching with a limited range of colours. I like the way the pencil lines are darker than the washed ink. With just one or two pencils and an aqua brush, you can make great tonal sketches quickly.
