I've always hesitated about using synthetic for watercolour, preferring sables over the old nylon type things. But this is so different; I wish I'd discovered them before now. Because of it's point it has volume but delicacy when needed. (Posted on 3/16/2017)

Great brush . The only mildl negative was that the previous Escoda 1430 Round I ordered had a clear plastic protective sleeve for the brush point - but on this occasion none included. (Posted on 12/18/2015)
