Milliput Epoxy Resin Terracotta is the ceramic grade option from the Milliput range and can be used as a hardwearing putty for a wide variety of tasks and projects. It is particularly suitable for repairs and modifications on many types of ceramic materials including brick, terracotta, quarry tiles, and masonry.
Milliput is a two-part, cold-setting, non-shrinking epoxy resin that moulds like putty and is highly versatile. To activate, mix equal quantities of the two sticks included in each pack. The resultant putty is at first soft and highly adhesive and then gradually hardens. Milliput becomes rock hard in approximately three to four hours.
Typical applications for Terracotta Milliput include model making, sculpting, picture frame restoration, and jewellery making. By wetting the Milliput with a finely woven moist cloth a very smooth finish can be easily obtained.
