The Molotow Grafx Art Masking Liquid Pump Marker works in all respects like a regular Molotow pump marker, except for the fact that it dispenses Molotow's own water-based, colored masking fluid. This masking fluid is quick-drying and can be rubbed off by hand. As long as it is removed within two days, it will not mark or leave a residue on the masked area. Suitable for use indoors, on nearly all surfaces.
This Grafx Art Masking Liquid Pump Marker has a 2mm diameter replaceable tip. For a finer line you can replace the tip with a 1.5mm spare tip. A model with a 4mm tip is also available, as are Masking fluid refill bottles of 30ml.

I use both sizes of these masking pens with watercolor and think it's a really great product. Ease of application is unparalleled. Removes easily with a rubber cement pick-up or adhesive eraser. However, I'm giving it only three stars because of the nasty bold blue colouring. When used while painting, the blue often distorts my ability to read the colors and values in my painting. It's very hard to see or visualize the whites when they are blue! Also, be sure to shake well before using and then throw out the marker when it starts to age and separation occurs. Otherwise, the blue colourant will stain the paper and ruin the painting. I've had this happen a few times, so I wish Molotow would fix this issue. (Posted on 8/27/2020)Rating - Review by Feefo

I watched a few crafty youtubers use this product to mask off their stamped images before creating a blended background. I tried this with various cardstocks and I found that the masking fluid was damaging my images and making the cardstock peel apart. Wouldn't buy it again. (Posted on 2/5/2018)Rating
