This was my first Princeton Neptune brush and also my first dagger. Being a fan of synthetic squirrel brushes, I knew I'd like this brush. But it was even better than I had imagined it would be! The hair is floppier than my Escoda Ultimo brushes and maybe a bit thinner. Due to these qualities and the dagger shape the brush forms a wonderful sharp point when wet. I'm not sure if it's the intended purpose, but to me this brush is better than any rigger or liner. The point is just as fine, but the wider part of the brush acts as a water reservoir. It's great for painting flowy hair! The only thing I don't like is that the handle of the brush feels cheap compared to the beautiful lacquered handle of Escoda or Da Vinci brushes.
