We are unable to cancel or amend orders after they have been placed. If you have made a mistake with your order, such as an incorrect delivery address, please get in touch with our Customer Service team as soon as possible.
If you've ordered a stock item that turns out to be unsuitable you are more than welcome to return the item for a refund. Please ensure that the products arrive with us in their original saleable condition and within 30 days from receipt of your order. Please bear in mind that we are unable to refund any postage costs.
Please note that made-to-measure frames, bespoke canvases, gift vouchers, cut paper and special order items are non-returnable unless faulty.
