St Petersburg : Master Class : Oil Paint : 18ml : Set of 12
Produced in Russia by the St Petersburg Company, Master Class Oil Paints are artist quality paints made from high quality pigments and binders with the addition of natural resins - dammar and beeswax. Most of these extra fine paints consist of only one pigment, creating colors of superb intensity and purity with high lightfastness and excellent mixing qualities. These colors are extremely good value for money and cover a broad spectrum of colors.
This set contains: Titanium White, Cadmium Yellow Light, Strontium Yellow, Cadmium Red Light, English Red, Ultramarine Light, Phthalo Blue, Cobalt Green Deep, Gold Ochre, Burnt Umber, Mars Brown and Lamp Black.

I got this set as my first oil paints, an introductory to the medium. Having painting experience with other mediums it was not difficult to get started, the colours mix beautifully, and there is a wide variety of more transparent and opaque colours. The only issue i found - it lacks some sort of a cool red or pink. Overall, great quality and price. (Posted on 1/10/2019)Rating
