Lovely black graphite, I swear by these pencils. Glide on paper nicely, and good wood coating (OK I know I sound ridiculous, but some wood coatings can be very brittle and flake off - the coating on these is perfect). Yummy pencils, just writing about them now makes me want to go out and draw.By Lisa
