Great paper. I'm only an absolute beginner but even I can tell that it's good quality. It was recommended on an art workshop for pencil drawings because of its slightly textured surface although to my untrained eye it just looks like ordinary paper more or less! But I've managed to produce a lovely drawing (for me) and am very pleased with the quality.

First pad was marked on serval pages with an indentation and one page had a black mark, replacement pad had strips of paper caught within the pages which left marks and a page had a black mark. This was on a pad that I was told would be checked.

I'm using coloured pencil a lot, my hands not being quite firm enough for watercolours. Have briefly tried the 'stonehenge' paper and found it good for graphite and coloured pencils '

Paper has an excellent tooth for soft waxy colour pencils

I love using the stonehenge paper, its the best there is, very hard wearing, it can take some serious abuse and still look great.
