Ideal for blending colored pencils and laying down color on the paper, only a small amount is needed. Use with a brush, tortillion or paper stump. Pencil Blend leaves no residue and allows the blending of colored pencils, pastels, oil pastels and wax for under-painting the subject and the finished result.
Available in 125ml and 250ml bottles.
