The Essentials 6 Watercolour Set from A. Gallo is a pocket set of 6 essential colours that is perfect for on-the-go. Packaged in a mini metal tin for mixing, the set includes pairs of warm and cool primary colours for a wide mixing range as well as a small colour chart. Each half pan is wrapped in watercolour paper with a hand-painted sample brushed over it. The watercolour tin is beautifully packaged with original marbled paper by the Florentine artisan workshop Giulio Giannini e Figlio.

Made by hand in Assisi, A. Gallo watercolours are crafted according to a traditional recipe of raw pigment, gum arabic, local honey, rosemary essential oil, and a wetting agent. This artisanal process creates a very pigmented and luminous paint that activates beautifully when wet.
