Like many artists, I enjoy using dip pens & watercolours, but dislike plastic & more modern pens which personally I cannot hold. They slip, slide & ultimately lead to smudges etc, as do some wooden versions with a varnish coating (which before now I have sanded off, simply to get a better grip). I used wooden pens many years ago, but until now had seen nothing I liked the look of to replace them.

The products looked exactly what I needed. I bought two of their plain wooden pens, which I have to say, I have found to be superb. They are secure enough to hold nicely in my fingers, no slipping here, so no need for any personalised sanding! Your choice of nibs are easily installed & securely held.

I have used them for a few weeks now & I have been impressed with how my work is turning out. Nib choice is critical, but the narrower ones I am using work just fine for me. All in all, I have to recommend the pens very highly indeed. The price is a bonus too! (Posté le 07/09/2016)
