The paints are very clear and pick up easily. Not sure about the way they are blooming, not good for skies, you cannot touch up with water on these paints at all as they bloom. So still a lot of hype and very expensive. Think I will stick to other top end brands. Maybe good for special effects perhaps, but that's a bit limiting. (Posted on 08/10/2022)

Really wanted to try some QoR watercolours, these did not disappoint! Lovely intense colours, that disperse well for wet in wet techniques and poured well into half pans to put into my watercolour tin. Particularly love the green gold and cobalt teal. (Posted on 10/02/2020)

Very nice and intense colours. The set made me try some interesting colours I would not try otherwise. Cobalt Teal is much better than the one from W&N, I think I will switch to QoR's. (Posted on 10/03/2019)
