Cadmium Red is a bright orangey red that is opaque, strong and fiery. Rich and deep browns are made when mixed with black, while adding a small amount of white creates bright pinks.

Jackson’s Artist Acrylics have a consistency that can be brushed out flat, yet they can also be altered with mediums to create textured impasto work. They can be applied with any painting tool, either straight from the container or thinned with water. The colours can be mixed with other brands of acrylic paint and due to their excellent adhesive properties, they can be applied to most grounds and surfaces.

Each colour is formulated with acrylic resin and high-quality lightfast pigments. They undergo a minimal colour shift from wet to dry and are ASTM rated - the majority are ASTM I, 'Excellent'. The result is a range of colours with excellent intensity, flexibility, and permanence.
