We accept PayPal and credit / debit card payments on our website. We accept any type of Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All transactions will be charged in pounds sterling and will be converted at the then current applicable exchange rate by your credit card company. For all international orders we are only able to deliver to the credit or debit card holders address.
Credit Card Safety & Security
Your credit card information is safe because we use a fully secure server. Credit card numbers are processed by Sage Pay and are not stored on our website.
If you Would Like to Post an Order
If you wish to pay by cheque you will need to send your order in by post. You can write the order out on plain paper or print off a blank order form from the web site. Please make the cheque out to 'Jackson's Art Supplies Ltd' and post to -

VAT in the UK
The sales tax in the UK is currently 20% and is included in the prices shown to UK and EU customers. All non-EU delivered orders are VAT free and if you have logged into the website the prices will be shown without VAT. If you are an EU company and VAT registered please email us your VAT number and country registered so that we may reduce the VAT on your order to zero.
Live Overseas? You Can Reclaim the VAT
When taking goods out of the UK that were purchased for use outside the UK and if the goods leave the country within three months of the purchase, you can claim back the VAT you paid. You pay the VAT, fill out a form you request from us, take the goods through customs at the airport, they inspect the goods and post us back the form. It can take up to three months for them to process the paperwork and send it to us. When we receive the form from them we will refund the VAT. We now charge a £5.00 administration fee for the paperwork for this service. If this pertains to you please ask about this at the time you place an order.
Using Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers can be redeemed on our website if the voucher was issued after June 2012. Please enter the code at check out and the appropriate amount will be taken off your order total. For vouchers issued before this date, please enter the voucher number in 'order comments' and the total will be adjusted manually once the order is reviewed. Any adjustment will be refunded to your card.
Only one voucher code can be redeemed at a time upon check out. Any additional codes need to be put in the 'order comments' box, whether they were issued before or after June 2012. The additional vouchers will be applied manually, the total adjusted, and a refund for the amount made to your card.
