"Comparable" boards are on sale at lower prices, but when you compare them in use, Gator Boards are stronger, less easily dented, and the surface layer is such thicker so you can peel gummed tape off (after wetting it). So in fact they're the more economical buy. I enjoy using them. (Posted on 11.12.2016)
