This is good to use with the Brush and Pencil: Coloured Pencil Titanium White to use on oil based pencils and ink, where you need white highlights. Also can be coloured over with pencil. (Posted on 05.06.2018)

Just a thin coat on a small area allows several more layers of pencil to be added. Also, mixing with titanium white and then applying with a fine brush is good for highlights. If too bright for the subject, it's possible to go over with colour (Posted on 25.09.2017)
