Second purchase of same brush as I use it all the time and wanted another to use when one brush loaded with colour! Great point and well loaded with water (Posted on 30.01.2019)Rating - Review by Feefo
Very nicely made and pleasant to use (Posted on 15.11.2018)Rating - Review by Nathan
Escoda's Reserva brushes hold such a staggering amount of liquid, they seem to defy physics. They also retain perfect points and are an absolute joy to use. (Posted on 18.04.2017)Rating - Review by Feefo
Exactly what I wanted....a great brush that I hope will give me many years use (Posted on 06.09.2016)Rating - Review by Feefo

Smallish for their 'size' number, but wonderfully versatile, great point (Posted on 10.10.2015)Rating - Review by Feefo
Very good product and quick delivery (Posted on 04.09.2015)Rating - Review by Leo Mccuaig
I bought a #8, and #10, which I liked enough to add a #14 to my collection as well. I am used to using W&N Series 7, and I like the Escoda brushes better! I think they point better and hold oodles of paint. A great brush. I am currently awaiting the delivery of a #18, can't wait! (Posted on 20.08.2015)Rating - Review by Ahmad Nakhiz Zulkifli
This brush is superb. Big different from synthetic brush I have been used. (Posted on 20.08.2015)Rating - Review by Barry Borak
I asked Escoda about the sizing of their brushes and received the following e-mail from one of the directors:Thanks for your interest on our high quality brush line all made by hand one at a time and all made in our factory in Barcelona since 1933. Your question about the sizing issue is very common. Every brush manufacturer has his own sizing system. From long time go every company started with his own mesurements and it is very difficult to make many changes. This is a sizing chart comparison between the kolinsky sable brushes of Escoda and W&N: E (Posted on 20.08.2015)Rating - Review by Barry Borak

I have several Escoda brushes of different sizes, and all of them are my favorite. I also have other brands, like Winsor & Newton, Isabey, etc; but these are my favorites. The smoothness they have, the amount of pigment they take, and the balance they have in your hand are all excellent. These have become the brushes I compare every other brush to.And for me it is also important that these brushes are made by a family business and not a big brand with lots of marketing costs. I recommend it to every watercolour painter. (Posted on 20.08.2015)Rating - Review by Feefo
holds a great point and lots of pigment, a pleasure to use! (Posted on 01.08.2015)Rating - Review by Feefo
One of my favourites. I have a complete set. The hair is softer than da Vinci series 35 & 10 and has a full body like the series 10 but with a better point. Very reasonably priced, great quality. Highly recommended. (Posted on 16.04.2015)Rating - Review by Feefo
Beautiful brush, excellent water holding and a great point. (Posted on 01.04.2015)Rating - Review by Feefo
Not top quality brush. Bristles need to be more springy and firm. Brushes point up well but lack strength. (Posted on 08.03.2015)Rating - Review by Feefo
Changed order from #10 to #12 as customers had reported the sizes where slightly smaller. Very pleased with quality. (Posted on 06.02.2015)Rating - Review by Feefo

I LOVE it. This brush holds loads of paint and keeps it's shape throughout. The shape of the handle is wonderful. I will be purchasing more of this range! (Posted on 23.12.2014)Rating - Review by Feefo
Too small for a '6' in my opinion, but a fine brush (Posted on 29.10.2014)Rating - Review by Feefo
