This Roman Szmal Aquarius set has been made with watercolourist Pasqualino Fracasso and contains 24 Aquarius full pans.

Aquarius is a range of mostly single pigment watercolours made by Roman Szmal. Each colour is made with high-quality gum arabic and glycerin, linden honey, distilled water and pure pigments. Every pan is hand filled and labelled with watercolour paper.

’This set includes not only colours made from natural, earth pigments, such as 120 Italian Burnt Sienna, 239 Caput Mortuum or 131 Van Dyck Brown, but also very intense, luminous colours, such as 333 Quinacridone Pink, 316 Pyrrole Orange or 207 Hansa Yellow Deep.’

’An interesting complement to the set are the paints made by adding white pigments, perfect for use in the final stages of painting. The set also includes unique granulating shades, such as 346 Aquarius Green, 334 Mineral Violet or 336 Shadow Violet.’
