Returns & Amendments

We hope that you are delighted with every purchase you make from Jackson's, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, please know that we have experienced people on hand to help you.

Returning Unwanted Items

If you no longer require an item that you have ordered, please complete the Product Return Form and post it back with the item to the address below. Please ensure that the products arrive to us in their original saleable condition, within 30 days from receipt of your order.

We are unable to refund any postage costs for the original order. If you wish to return unwanted products, you must make arrangements with a carrier of your choice.

We do not accept unwanted returns for any of the following items: Gift Vouchers, bespoke frames and canvas, pressed metal leaf, cut to order paper sheets, clearance items, Special Order items. Returns for these products will be refused and may be sent back to you.

Amending or Cancelling an Order

We are unable to cancel or amend orders after they have been placed. If you have made a mistake with your order, such as an incorrect delivery address, please get in touch with our Customer Service team as soon as possible.
