Tim Fisher Soft Pastel Liquefier is an unique medium that temporarily liquefies pastel colours.

Well known artist Tim Fisher has developed this unique medium that can be applied directly to soft pastels to temporarily liquefy colours. This allows pastel colours to be mixed and blended giving effects not usually associated with traditional pastel techniques.
