Jackson’s Studio Synthetic watercolour brushes were reviewed in The Artist magazine in December. The article starts with: “Linda Birch enjoys experimenting with a versatile range of value-for-money brushes”.
She has great things to say about them. “The reasonable price belies the quality of these excellent brushes. They are a must if you are looking for good brushes on a modest budget.”
She goes on to talk about the synthetic filaments: “The hairs soaked up the colour well, and I found the washes went down in a controlled way. This meant the hairs were pliable, but not too springy.”
