‘Eastgate Clock, Chester – Watercolour & Pen Sketch’ by Ian Fennelly
Description: A location drawing, 40cm x 30cm, completed early spring in the busiest part of Chester City with lots of fun, distractions and coffee breaks.
Medium: An initial wash of watercolour was laid down, then the tonal values built up with
brush pens, and all the detail developed with fine liner.
