Jackson’s Painting Prize 2020 shortlist has now been selected. From the longlist of 445 artworks, 42 exceptional entries have been chosen by our panel of expert judges. Thank you to everyone who made it through to the longlist and congratulations to the shortlisted artists whose entries are in the top 1% of all the submissions this year.
They are: Alastair Gordon, Angela Bell, Angelina Davis, Anne Carney Raines, Boris Garanger, Charles Inge, Christopher Cook, Conrad Clarke, Emma Colbert, Emma Towers-Evans, Evan Lovejoy, Grace Qian, Guilaine Veneziani, Hilary Burnett, Ieva Kampe-Krumholca, James Hayes, Jan Muës, Jean Paul Beumer, Judith Tucker, Julia Medynska, Keilly Whittaker, Krzysztof Kowalski, Lena Brazin, Maddy Buttling, Mark McLaughlin, Michael Coppelov, Michelle Heron, Neil Callander, Parastoo Ganjei, Pippa Gatty, Raina Goran, Richard Baker, Robert Mcpartland, Robyn Litchfield, Ruth Murray, Sophie Parr, Tim Goffe, Tom Climent, Trudy Harman, Zohar Cohen and Zohar Flax.
Each artist who made it through to the shortlist is in the running to receive one of the six category prizes and the overall prize of £5000 cash. UK based shortlisted artists will also be invited to submit their works to be considered for the Jackson’s Painting Prize finalist’s exhibition at the Affordable Art Fair Hampstead for the re-scheduled dates: 19 – 22 November.

Public voting is still open for the People’s Choice Award
In order to vote for the People’s Choice Award, please register as a user on our competition software. You have until noon on the 15th April to cast your vote. Please feel free to invite your friends and families to vote too. The winner of the Peoples’ Choice Award will win a £1000 cash prize and all voters will go into the draw to win a £50 Jackson’s Art Supplies voucher.
