SHIPPING, TAX, CUSTOMS FEES & DUTY

To ensure your gifts arrive before 25th December, please check the delivery options and the estimated delivery times shown at Checkout before placing your order. Delivery times vary depending on the items and the destination.

If you are ordering close to the 25th, our Gift Vouchers are a perfect last-minute option and can be emailed instantly to the recipient.

Our UK warehouse will be closed on 25th and 26th December, and 1st January.

Our EU warehouse will be closed from 24th to 28th December, and 1st January.

We offer a choice of shipping options, including priority shipping wherever possible, as we know how important it is to get to work quickly. Shipping costs are based on location, size and weight of an order with the aim of giving you the best discounted price and quickest delivery times.

​The website will instantly calculate all the delivery options, including the cost and estimated delivery times.

We aim to dispatch every order as quickly as possible. However, during rare instances of unexpected demand or operational issues in our warehouse, processing and dispatch times may take longer than originally estimated.

To find out the options for the order you want to place for delivery to any country:

1. Add all your desired items to your Basket
2. Open the Basket page
3. Click on 'Estimate Shipping and Tax' and select where you'd like your order sent to
4. Click on 'Get a Quote' to confirm

Please remember, large and heavy products cost a lot more to ship than products that are small and light. If a delivery estimate seems high, try removing large or heavy products from your basket for a comparison.

We cannot send flammable or hazardous liquids or aerosols by airmail. These items can sometimes be sent by road to some European destinations, but this will incur an additional delivery charge.

Oversized orders or those requiring extra packaging may incur additional charges.

Depending on your order destination, the types of products purchased, and the value of your order, you may be liable for local import duties and taxes, which are your responsibility to pay. Please refer to the Tax, Customs Fees & Duty section below for more information.

EU ORDERING FROM OUR UK WAREHOUSE

Between €0 and €150 EUR (excluding postage) - Yes, VAT and EU E-commerce Duty

-  VAT/Sales Tax is included in your goods total.
-  Orders with a product value of €150 or less are subject to an EU E-commerce Duty. The standard charge is €3 per commodity code, but Jackson's subsidises this to a reduced rate of €1.50 per commodity code, which is included in the shipping charge.

Over €150 EUR, with all goods from the EU and UK - Yes, VAT and Duty

- VAT/Sales Tax is not added to your goods total, but an equivalent amount is added to the shipping costs.
- Duty: Our couriers act as your import agent and pay any applicable duty on your behalf. This cost is included in the shipping charge. Customers may only be required to pay additional charges to Customs on goods that originate from outside the EU or UK.

EU countries collect VAT under the IOSS system. Our IOSS number is: IM2500000874.

ORDERING FROM OUR POLAND WAREHOUSE

All orders dispatched from our Poland warehouse are subject to the rate of VAT/Sales Tax of the delivery country, and this is included in your order total.

Orders dispatched from our Poland warehouse are not subject to the EU E-commerce Duty.

Local authorities and Customs will not request Import Fees or Duty.
