Last week Peter Brown launched his new Crowd-funding project. With an array of enviable incentives to pledge, we felt this was one we’d like to get our teeth into ourselves!
As a charismatic, ever enthusiastic plein air painter, teacher, upstanding member of the New English Art Club (and Jackson’s Open Painting Prize Judge 2018!) Peter Brown is one of the country’s most popular figurative painters. Peter’s latest Kickstarter campaign aims to reach a target of £15k to help with the upfront costs of publishing a brand new 156-page book of paintings of his beloved home, the city of Bath.
At the time of writing, the artist has already managed to entice nearly 40 backers and break the back of the fundraising, and it’s no surprise with the many generous incentives there are on offer. These include a signed copy of the book at a discounted price of £25, £15 off a bundle of his Bath and London books, an extremely limited edition print for £200, or for an exclusive, heavily discounted price of £1950 you could own your very own original Peter Brown painting!

“Beckford’s Tower, Snow, 2018”

Oil on board (framed), 12″ x 10″, available on Kickstarter for £1950 (usual price £2700)
The fundraiser goes on until 17th March so don’t miss out on supporting this exciting project and bagging yourself a Peter Brown goodie or 2.
