Liquitex Super Heavy Gesso is a heavy body, impasto gesso. Pigmented with Titanium White, is it great for adding 3D texture and maximum tooth to your surface.
This Super Heavy Gesso provides a textured matt white, opaque finish and ensures a professional archival base to help maintain the longevity of your work. It holds its shape during drying, and is non-yellowing, flexible, and water-resistant when dry. Suitable for acrylic, oil, pastels, and other paint media.
Allow 24 hours minimum drying before use. Do not sand. Do not mix with oils. Always apply a first coat of fluid gesso to optimise adhesion.
