Manuscript 3 Nib Sets are produced by Manuscript Pen Company Ltd, a family-owned business established in 1990 and based in Highley, Shropshire. Through their long-standing association with D. Leonardt & Co, their nib-making heritage dates back to 1856, reflecting a deep connection to traditional British pen manufacture.
These nib sets are designed for use with dip pens and are well-suited to calligraphy, lettering, and decorative writing. Manuscript specialise in calligraphy tools and work closely with the Calligraphy and Lettering Arts Society, continuing a historic West Midlands tradition of steel nib production with roots in Birmingham.
