Inspiring. What a find. As a beginner in my
80s THIS has moved me to dream.
That’s so lovely to hear June, thanks for letting us know.
Your emails are one of my favorite to open! I
loved Miranda’s story, as I’m sure I’ll love the
rest. Thank you for this newsletter.
Thanks Barb, that’s great to hear!
I noticed in the video the Miranda uses
white spirit and paint aerosols in her
work. As a retired lecturer from a North
London Art & Design College I would like
to point out we never allowed students
to use white spirit. The inhalation of
white spirit can cause irritation to
throat, lungs etc. Paint aerosol cans
were banned for use within college
workshops for the same reasons and
could cause problems for students
especially those with asthma problems
etc. I hope Miranda Boulton’s studio is
well ventilated.
Congratulations! I enjoyed hearing your story.
Miranda’s work really is amazing and her explanation of how she works was so honest, sincere and understandable. She is a worthy winner!
