it’s so cool you’re doing this intro series! can you break the video up into smaller individual videos? one hour is really long for an intro video.

Thanks for the suggestion, but we didn’t want this to be a taster video, it is all the essential information you need to get started. I am full of admiration that Lisa got all that information into just one hour!
Since it is a complete introduction, many people would want to watch all the information, since knowing just one part isn’t very useful for a beginner, since they all go together and relate to each other and it’s best to watch it in the correct order. So instead of making many short videos that would mean the viewer each time would have to wait for each to load, watch the same intro credits and the same end credits, and perhaps miss some videos if they were listed out of order on YouTube – we left it all together for viewing ease.
If you are experienced enough to just want to see one part, we have a very thorough table of contents below the video that lets you skip to the section you are most interested in.
