Cranfield : Traditional Etching Ink : 250g : Soft Black

This semi opaque black ink is soft and buttery based on a carbon black pigment. The ink wipes easily and consistently from the plate giving the printmaker a lot of control over how much ink remains on the plate.

Cranfield Traditional Etching Inks are handcrafted, highly pigmented and include a vast range of colors giving the printmaker a wide choice whether they want to mix their own colors or not. Cranfield Traditional Etching Ink can be used for engraving, etching, drypoint, mezzotint and aquatint printmaking techniques.
