Paint is nice enough but I feel like the Winsor and Newton gouache is of vetter quality.

Bought this expensive paint (holbein, Japanese) because it is just gorgeous to use. Could not find a full range except at Jacksons.

This is a lovely, rich copper with a subtle hint of shimmer.

Smooth and creamy. Goes on the paper really well, like a high quality paint should. The color is also beautiful.

Wonderful product! great for distressing, using as a wash, either by under-painting or, on top of detailing, superb, in fact essential to portray rust.

Finally found a lightfast violet gouache. Lighter and brighter than the mix of ultramarin and quinacridone magenta. A bit granular like cobalt violets are, and not as opaque as my other gouache paints but all in all very nice.

I loved the goiache gold paints. I'm making a portfolio for university and they were just what i needed as finishing touches and they make my portfolio look very professional. You can get different tones with them by how much you water them down. They literally look like melted gold when applied to a surface.
