Holbein : Meltz : Coloured Pencil Blender Pen

Holbein Meltz Coloured Pencil Blender Pen is a transparent liquid blender marker. Double-ended with bullet and brush tips, use the blender over Holbein Artists’ Coloured Pencils to blend colours, create subtle graduations, and brush-like effects. Blending is best achieved when the pencil has been applied in a cross-hatched or layered pattern.
