I got a #4 that makes a good point. This #0 doesn't. I tried using gum arabic but it doesn't work, the brush was just not formed right. The QA of Isabey may be declining. I decided to get a Da Vinci #2 to replace it, the size is about the same and it is excellent, it makes a needle point. Purchased another one to give as a gift to a friend and it was also excellent.

Lovely brush, as are all the Isabey mops. Have used them virtually every day for many years and they have been superb. I cannot fault them.
