Info
1.2mm polished copper plate for etching. The polished surface is protected with a plastic film so simply requires degreasing before applying ground. The back of each plate will require the application of an acid resistant stop out. Copper is a harder metal than zinc and plates and will withstand a greater number of prints being taken. It is also ideally suited to non-etching intaglio techniques such as drypoint, engraving and mezzotint.
Available in sizes from 100 x 100mm to 500 x 500mm.
