This is a 12 sheet block of Jackson’s Watercolor Paper with a NOT finish, measuring 12 x 9 inch. The paper is 300gsm, acid-free and is glued on all four sides to prevent buckling. Once your painting is completed, carefully cut round the edges of the paper with a craft knife or a letter knife to expose a new sheet.
Please note, this product has a Not (cold pressed) surface. The surface of the paper is slightly textured, and is not suitable for extremely detailed work. Most painters will find it suitable for most purposes. For more information on the production and properties of watercolor papers, click here.

I used this block this week on a painting course. The size had failed on the paper's surface so it behaved like blotting paper and was useless for painting on to. I'll have to just use it as scrap only =(
