This is a 12 sheet block of Jackson’s Watercolor Paper with a Rough finish, measuring 16 x 12 inches. The paper is 300gsm, acid-free and is glued on all four sides to prevent buckling. Once your painting is completed, carefully cut round the edges of the paper with a craft knife or a letter knife to expose a new sheet.
Please note, the texture of this paper is linen-like, with regular lines going across each sheet vertically and horizontally. It is not a conventional 'rough texture' made by pressing the paper between sheets of felt during the drying process.

I found this paper to be too porous to use for my professional paintings as I couldnt 'lift' the paint from the painting.. but very good value if used for practice pieces.
