Ideal for creative use around the studio or on the go, Jackson's Sketchbooks are an indispensable companion for artists, graphic designers and illustrators. This sketchbook has an elegant Wire-O binding, for added flexibility when working on different page sides.
Featuring acid-free, pH buffered lignin and chlorine-free Alpha cellulose paper, the white matte surface is excellent for all dry media. At 160 gsm, it can also be used for water-based markers, light washes and most other techniques. The paper has the same archival qualities as cotton.
This A5 sketchbook has two heavy duty grey binder board covers providing firm support when working. The black wire-o rings provide the option to lay sketchbook pages completely flat.

lovely easy to use paper .

This sketchbook has surpassed my expectations. I've used this sketchbook even with my repeated heavy washes, and it was able to hold through. I don't mind the pages buckling, as the final product was good enough for me to even be framed, after I damp the finished work at the back a bit and then flatten it between two strong boards.
