Well-known watercolor artist Jean Haines' own personal table easel was made for her when she lived in Dubai. It was purposely designed to take a half or quarter sheet of paper with ease.
Jean Haines says: 'I hadn't realised this was a problem, finding a table easel of this size, until I returned to Europe and started teaching watercolor courses there. Artists attending my courses repeatedly asked me where they could buy an easel like mine. I tried sourcing one unsuccessfully. Jackson's came to the rescue and created one with measurements as close to my old easel as possible, and now everyone who wants one can buy a table easel at a great price, just like mine! Yes, there are many easels available on the market, but mine is light, easy to carry, and more importantly, takes the paper sizes I create on perfectly. Other easels are too small, only taking smaller size paper, which isn't really how I work.'
Measurements of it closed flat for storage or transport: 53cm (W) x 48cm (H) x 8.5cm (D)
Measurements of it open: 53cm (W) x 72cm (H) X 48cm (D)
Maximum height of board it will take: 60cm
