The KUM AS2M Automatic sharpens pencils to an extra-long point in two stages; one hole is used to shape the wood and the second shapes the lead.
The sharpener features an automatic brake which prevents pencils from being over-sharpened. It has a flip-top style with a small waste container, and also comes with two spare blades. It is suitable for all round, hexagonal and triangular shaped pencils.
The blades are made of high carbon steel and are long-lasting and very sharp. Dynamic torsion action built into each blade makes for a smoother, cleaner cut.

Great, except one thing...
Works very well, but I wish they would have made a more sturdy lid. I have just ordered my third sharpener - twice the lid has broken off, the last time simply by falling on the floor. The thin plastic joint which lifts the lid is extremely fragile. :-(

I saw this sharpener recommended on YouTube and it’s easily my favorite sharpener that I’ve ever used, it gets my colored pencils razor sharp and the two-step system also keeps them form breaking. I’ve been very satisfied with this sharpener and would definitely recommend it!
