I ordered on december 3rd and received on december 22nd. Within Europe! My order of oil paints, a bottle of walnut oil and a palette was packed in a padded enveloppe. How can you ship a bottle in a padded enveloppe? The items were bruised and dented but thank god the bottle was not broken. The order was shipped from Sweden? Also there was no tracking nr, it seems that you get this kind of service if you place an order under 40-50 Pounds. I placed bigger orders with them, they all arrived within a week and perfectly packed, shipped from England.
